Refund, Fulfillment, & Delivery Policies

  1. Overpayment Refunds: Refunds for overpayments made by patients will be processed within 24 hours of the patient's request. The full amount will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to reflect, depending on the credit card processor.

  2. Cancellation Refunds: Refunds for visits canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be issued in full.

  3. Technology Failure Refunds: Refunds for visits not completed due to technology failure will be issued in full.

  4. Consultation Refunds: No refunds will be issued to patients who change their minds after successfully completing a consultation with a healthcare provider, receiving medical advice/treatment, or obtaining a prescription for medication.

  5. Pharmacy Refunds: No refunds will be issued by the pharmacy once orders have been shipped.

  6. Case-by-Case Refunds: Osteen Primary Care Telehealth is dedicated to customer satisfaction and strives to provide excellent service. If a patient believes they are owed a refund for any other reason, the case will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis.

  7. Request Process: Requests for reimbursement must be made in writing through the contact form on our website or by calling 386-965-7066.
